I let my bestie vent about how she doesnt think her future husband, who's in the same professional school as me, is busy like he says - even though she has no idea how insanely busy our school is and that she doesnt get it at all. But she didnt need a voice of reason. She needed an ear of understanding.

4. I enthusiastically said yes to giving a talk on unconditional love on Sunday, November 21st. The bishopic member was so happy that I didn't sigh or worry or complain!

4. I don't think I have done anything out of the ordinary nice for someone today, but I will. I usually am generally nice and do things for others. For example I always hold the door, pick up something someone dropped, etc. I guess I did do some nice things I picked up a friend's cell phone when she dropped it and gave another friend a few dollars to buy a candle she wanted. I will probably give some money to the people on the streets of New Orleans and buy someone a drink tonight when I am out.

I don't know if this is nice enough for a unicorn (because unicorns can't hold scalpels) but I became head surgeon in my lab group (even though I'm not really made for cutting things) because the other girls at my table were too squeamish to de-skin a chicken.
