Spring Cleaning.

3.10.2011

Today I tried THIS tutorial.
Mine isn't as cute, but that's because:
1. I don't look like a j.crew model.
2. My hair is too long and I don't have layers, so my buns are sort of fat and not messy.
3. I'm still learning.
Anyways, I'm pretty excited to try it again after I get a haircut.
Heaven knows I need one!
In other exciting news: I finally cleaned our room and put my cute new pillow on our bed.
It looks totally adorable and I'm stoked that I made it.
That's all.

Hope your day is great.
Now go clean your room!

Hey lady, my hair is very thick and down to my waist and I find it works better with more twists. This is a picture of my hair from the back on vacation last month- https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-JipO9RYCs1E/TWqOPYKhDmI/AAAAAAAABzg/rkU5WsAg5_Y/s1600/DSCF0159.JPG

Oooh! I want to try out that hair tutorial, too! My hair is also at one length though, so maybe I'll try it if I get some layers. :) But it doesn't look bad on you! It looks great!

Also, HOW ADORABLE IS THAT PILLOW?! I want to make one! :D

I am totally doing this to my hair. I have been so annoyed because I haven't been able to figure out what to do with my hair because it's too short and layered for the top knot look. yay! So glad you showed this.

Oh lord knows I need to clean my room, but titanic just came on...
so many wonderful things about this post. That pillow is so awesome I think I need to make one for my dorm. and your cmforter is adorable. and I love the feather earings. I have been wanting to get the exensions but earings seem like a good idea to try it out with.

Cute! Love the pillow but the veadspread is to die for! I love the bold redness of it. I tried this triple bun do the other day and my hair is layered...didn't quite come out the way i wanted it to either but yours looks pretty cute! http://desertfurwheat.blogspot.com/

Very cute, very pretty. I like it even more than the original

i found your blog though Meet Virginia. I also tried this hairstyle, and it works a lot better w day-old hair. otherwise my hair lays too straight, and looks too neat. worth a shot perhaps!

Joe'n'Jess said...

...i also did the buns a little looser and wrapped a hair tie once around all three so they were loose, but not saggy. i feel like this hairstyle looks better when it's slightly unkempt looking. maybe it's just me.
