I'm SO impressed by his drawings! On a white board (?) as well! Haha. But the message is really great and actually so simple. Although, I found it weird what he said about it surprising that TV is bad for your health.. I find it so obvious. 
Oh well. I'm off for a walk now, Haha.

Great video, thank you for sharing it. It sounds so easy when he puts it like that, but I always feel like finding the time to exercise is so hard. Definitely makes me want to switch the TV off a little more though.

Thank you so much for sharing this!  I am an overweight working mother, with high blood pressure now to boot.  Tackling the problems seems SO overwhelming and honestly, it feels easier to just ignore it (although logically I know that isn't true!)  Anyway, after I watched this I felt like, boy, I don't need to move the entire mountain, I can start with ONE goal, that's it, and have a big impact!  And so, that is what I am doing!!  THANKS ASHLEY!
