Alright, am i just so lame for posting this because you've all already seen it a thousand times?
Guess, what? I don't really care, because unless you can look in the mirror and say those things to yourself, you should watch it again!
I feel like people set all these lofty goals for the New Year and then reality sets in and we get behind a little and we can start to feel down on ourselves.
Now, if it's just a little down that gives you that kick in the pants you need to become better, then it's okay. But if it's the debilitating kind of down that makes you loaf around and accomplish nothing--no no no no! Don't go there.
Look in the mirror, tell yourself the things you love about your life, rehearse the things you are good at--the things you have accomplished, and then "LIKE YOU LIFE!"
I promise, it's great.

Ashley, this video is awesome! Haven't seen it before. I agree with you, we should all be capable of doing what this little girl does. I should try doing that, let's see what I can list!

you're right, i've seen this a few times but i can't get enough of it. my favorite part - hands down, everytime - is "i like my haaaair!". omgosh. every time.
